i finished another week working with MTV. they love me, i get more offers to get work if i ever moved to new york.
i wish i had the balls.

i saw spider man 3 the other day with the cast and crew of the show we were doing.  
i really enjoyed this movie where as others didnt, but then again i enjoy every movie i watch.
this movie shows another different side to peter parker, i called it his dark emo side. i really enjoyed him being a "bad boy"

next week ill be workin with mtv again shooting this pilot, this time the production manager aint coming down, this time he says IM IN CHARGE?
...i dont think ill be getting paid more.;.but ill suck it up because you gotta bend big time before you get anything nice coming from the top...

it was all worth it

it almost saddens me to have to come back to this world , this civilized world, i tlaked to the mailman today, he told me to join the airforce, be a marine. he noticed how the talk of war bothered me.

ive been at this langerado fest here in south florida, i camped out , for almost a week, something seriously fucked up happened to me at the start , but never did i ever let that affect the rest of my trip, i had no idea how strong the hippy culture was, i only call it the hippy culture cuz i cant find a better word, but man, i want to travel with them , live life from fest to fest, be one of them, never before have i ever met such wonderful people who showed me what life should really be all about.

saddly i unpack all of my things, i try to remember to keep it all with me, let it become a part of me, its insane how much i think this trip changed me, its insane how unhappy i thinki i was before. its all my fault anyways.

just got home.
so i just found out the name of the fest ive been setting up, ill start camping tomorrow.
im very excited.
working and camping out.
im so tired but i need to get my shit together for this one.

ill first start off by saying i am exhausted beyond belief, work hours have been insane.

today bill clinton gave a speech at the university of miami, i did his stage set up , monitors, and i actually got to do the spotlight for him during his speech.

let me remind you , i was on 3 hours of sleep, this was already late into the day.

now while wearing my headset, they told me shine the light on him when he comes out of the hallway , shine it on him walking up the stairs.
now i heard them say he was coming out, and i shined the light on the tunnel, i kept waiting for him to come out, and i look and ..oh hey hes already on the stage, he came out of the opposite side, and i totally missed it.

i fucked up royally on that one pretty good , sorry bill, your speech was nice.

i stole the glass he was drinking out of, it was still on stage when i was taking shit down, i figured it'd be a cool fire place piece, something to show the kids.

tonigh we wrapped the show for the week,the crew invited me out for din at some fancy place tonight, so im about to get ready for that.

what a day

so this week has been just fucking fun work man.

this is the third show ive worked on for the learnng channel, im doing alot of grip and gaffer work, and am learning more then i ever knew.
i have to be somewhat proud of myself , i never did good in school and im doing something now i could very well see myself doing for many years to come, seems the only challenge in TV production is to keep work constant, of course i could search more for jobs, but i get lazy and do stage hand work instead, which i always complain about cuz its grunt work and i work with a bunch of fuck ups and retards.
but like i say to people, any aspect of production i can get into , any angle, i love it, after a week of work on this show i COULD take the weekend off, or i could do stage hand work for the justin timberlake concert, which i really dont want to do.
I WANT TO WORK MORE TV!
i kinda gaveup on it for a bit, but it feels like its coming back, and it feels different.

last night i did the setup/SPOTLIGHTS/breakdown of the stars on ice show here in sout fla.
while setting up, i busted my ass hard on the ice.
during the spotlight routine, i dont know what my deal was but i was doing a horrible job, the ice skaters would be skating and id get yelled at on the head set, i was no where near the ice skaters i was shining the light in the audience.
.next week i will do PA work on the show what not to wear, i know nothing of this show, and like the fact that i dont.

i got to see the half time show days before it ever happened, notice the empty stadium , and prince is also wearing ai different outfit, seeing this all MORE then once, getting to be there before anyone, made it all worth it.
